THE Orthostrength System 

Recover

The recover stage is involves hands-on care for people in the beginning stages of recovery. The goal is to get rid of the pain and to address the pain point.

reinforce

The reinforce stage involves strengthening exercises for the middle stages of recovery. The goal is to reinforce better movement patterns and get you back to baseline.

Reload

The reload stage involves performing sport related drills for those in the end stages of their recovery for their problems like knee pain and low back pain. The goal is to get you back on track to your performance goals prior to your injury. 


WHO WE HELP

Active adults

Maybe you're trying to keep up with your kids, get in a round of golf, or go for a hike; you deserve to be doing all of those things pain-free.
